It tracks progress across work divisions, departments, job functions, and activities to show which areas are ahead or behind and how much work and labor remain. For a given shift and department, it reports which job functions are short-staffed or over-staffed, how many resources can be moved safely, and which employees to reassign based on utilization. From the same chat, supervisors can have the agent message selected employees on their devices so labor moves happen immediately. The results are better labor utilization across zones, on-time shift completion, and more supervisor time for coaching instead of data analysis.
