This multi-agent system brings several ShadowPlex preemptive defense products into Gemini. A root agent interprets the user’s goal and routes it to specialist sub-agents, each covering one area of preemptive defense.
The deception guardrails agent addresses AI agents as a new attack surface, where attacks spread at machine speed. It places decoys and honeytokens across the network, identity stores, endpoints, and cloud workloads to detect malicious use of agents and slow agentic threats, and it uses Gemini Agent Platform to generate the playbooks that put the deception strategy into practice. The cloud security agent sets deceptive traps in GCP: it discovers assets through the Wiz MCP server, recommends honeytokens with Gemini Agent Platform, and deploys and refreshes them across projects. Honeytokens pose as IAM service accounts and credentials, and alerts go to Security Command Center and Google SecOps with automated responses that isolate the malicious agent.
