Loan Pack Completeness

This agent checks a lending file against a document policy and reports what is missing, stale, or contradictory. Most lending delays come from issues like a missing appraisal, an expired energy certificate, two payslips where policy asks for three, or a purchase agreement whose address does not match the deed.

Users supply their own policy: which documents are required, how recent each must be, how many are needed, and the date to measure against. The agent reports each requirement as present, missing, stale, insufficient, or undated, judging the most recent document when several are supplied. It then cross-checks documents against one another and quotes both readings of any contradiction without resolving it. It recognizes amounts written in different national number formats as the same figure, while still catching a one-digit difference in a house number. Absence and recency checks are computed rather than generated. The agent never approves a file; it gives a case handler a list of what to request and why.
