This intelligent document processing (IDP) workbench turns complex, manual document extraction into zero-code agentic workflows. Traditional OCR is rigid and custom parsers take weeks or months to build, so it runs as an Agent-as-a-Service platform on Gemini, coordinating 12 specialized AI agents to classify, extract, and validate data from complex documents in minutes or hours.

Workflows emerge from natural user interactions and can be exported as a specialized custom agent in JSON format with one click. An Agent-as-a-Judge cross-checks extracted data against source documents and provides grounded evidence with pass or fail flags. It analyzes document structure, such as tables, checkboxes, and free text, and routes pages to the best extraction or visual question-answering agent. It is built on Google Cloud with the Agent Development Kit, processes bulk documents concurrently, and keeps data for no more than 48 hours. When document formats change, teams update the agent instead of rewriting hardcoded parsers.
