Genpact Finance One-Revenue Lens and PnL Agents

This suite of AI agents, built on Google ADK and the A2A protocol, lets finance users get insights from revenue and profit and loss data through natural language conversations in Google Gemini.

An intelligent routing agent is the entry point. It analyzes keywords and semantic intent in real time, classifies each query as Revenue or Profit & Loss, streams its routing logic to the UI for transparency, and passes the full context to the right sub-agent. The revenue insights agent converts questions into BigQuery Standard SQL, runs the query, and returns summaries, formatted metrics, recommendations, and visuals such as tables, charts, and anomaly flags. Its pipeline handles schema retrieval, read-only SQL generation, validation, execution, and error handling. It covers regions, products, channels, customers, and profit centers, with metrics like gross revenue, gross-to-net, trade promotions, cash discounts, and contribution margins. The P&L insights agent follows the same pattern to answer questions about profitability, budgets, and costs.
