This agentic AI assistant for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) helps wave planners and supervisors troubleshoot allocation shortages and deselections, so inventory and location issues are fixed quickly and affected order lines can be re-waved.

It summarizes deselections across recent waves, highlights impacted orders, and gives SKU-level failure reasons and quantities, removing the need to piece together SCI reports and multiple screens. It aggregates deselected items by reason code across a wave, a time window, or recent waves. It then checks storage, staging, received iLPNs, and in-transit inventory to see whether current or upcoming stock can cover the shortfall. Based on that, it recommends actions tied to real locations, LPNs, and tasks, such as prioritizing putaway or replenishment, moving stock into allocatable zones, or clearing blocking condition codes. Faster root-cause analysis means issues are resolved sooner, order lines are re-waved faster, and order lead times and fill rates improve.
