Employees ask legal, policy, and compliance questions in Gemini and get answers that draw on the company’s approved contracts, policies, playbooks, and negotiation history alongside licensed legal and regulatory sources, with a citation on every answer.
It handles more than policy lookup, such as what standard terms say on liability, whether a planned launch clears existing commitments, which regulations apply in a new market, or how a similar issue was resolved before. Answers use only sources Legal has approved, reflect policy changes as soon as they are made, and respect permissions in the existing Eudia workspace, so Legal controls what the agent can say and stops answering the same question twice. Eudia is built for in-house legal and procurement teams at large organizations, using the Google Agent Development Kit and the Model Context Protocol.
