Product Details
This agent is the central controller of a natural language data query system. It routes user input, manages communication between agents, and ensures the correct flow of execution. For a request such as get total sales for Q1, it decides whether to fetch schema information, generate SQL, or execute SQL, and returns results to the UI as SQL, a table, or an error. If schema context is missing, it triggers the Schema Extractor Agent first.
The agent maintains state across the session and hides backend decision-making, so business users can hold a conversation with data sources without understanding technical internals. Sales, marketing, finance, operations, and SRE teams are the primary users. It lets them query SQL databases in natural language without SQL expertise or BI team dependency. It supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, and SQLite.
Key Use Cases
Self-Service Enterprise Business Intelligence
Allows non-technical business stakeholders to ask questions in plain English, orchestrating schema extraction and SQL generation across BigQuery and PostgreSQL without BI team bottlenecks.
Cross-Database Operational Reporting
Coordinates specialized backend agents to validate data models, synthesize SQL queries across disparate relational databases, and format results into intuitive tables.
