Matching and Allocation agent

This agent pulls data from Demand Management and Candidate Profiling agents and matches candidates with demands. It also manages conflicts when 1 candidate matches multiple demands, generates Job Fit scores, and makes Soft Lock recommendations.

HR teams and PMOs (Project Management Offices) involved in talent management and resource allocation are the primary users. The agent improves the efficiency and accuracy of matching and conflict management, speeding up the process by around 50 to 70%. Splitting the work into separate steps gives better control over the LLMs used for each task and makes it easy to add more agents later. A human stays in the loop to verify agent output, which reduces the chance of errors. It runs on GCP services for storage, communication, processing, and deployment.
