This agent generates a daily attendance summary for each user. At the end of the day or after a full attendance cycle, it compiles the first swipe-in, last swipe-out, and total time on campus, formats the information into a readable summary, and sends it by email. It uses Cloud Scheduler and BigQuery to gather and process the data and a Cloud Function to generate and dispatch the report.
After 12 hours, the agent queries BigQuery for the day’s swipe data, calculates total work duration, and mails the result. This gives HR and employees clear, transparent records of each workday, encourages self-correction, improves audit readiness, and supports long-term planning of work schedules. Corporate offices, educational institutes, and government and public sector organizations are the primary users. It uses BigQuery, a Cloud Function, and the Gmail API.
