ConvoMate

This agent provides scoped, conversational Q&A on meeting tasks and transcript content using RAG. Users can ask natural language questions about specific meetings or tasks. It interprets each query with NLU, decides which data sources to search, such as Google Sheets for tasks or a vector database for transcript chunks, and uses an LLM to produce a contextual answer.

The agent addresses the difficulty of remembering, tracking, and following up on meeting discussions. It reduces the need to search notes and transcripts, cuts down on clarification emails and chats, and makes information easier to reach. Cross-functional and professional services teams focused on meeting productivity, task management, and collaboration are the primary users. It uses Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Firebase and Firestore, the Google Sheets API, and FAISS.
