ParsingAgent – Data Extraction Agent

This agent automatically ingests resumes and job descriptions uploaded to a cloud storage bucket and extracts structured data using sub-agents called ResumeParser and JDParser. Triggered on each upload, it parses the document with NLP and PDF parsing tools, extracts structured data, and stores it in Firestore without manual intervention, preparing clean, machine-readable data for downstream agents in a real-time hiring pipeline.

The agent forms part of HireMind, an AI-driven interview and screening solution that scores candidates, conducts voice or video interviews, and generates performance reports for recruiters. For HR and recruitment teams, ParsingAgent reduces manual parsing time by over 90%, speeds the start of the hiring pipeline, and keeps candidate and job records consistent by standardizing input formats early in the process.
