Trade coordination agent

This agent manages post-trade logistics in the agricultural supply chain, including pickup scheduling, delivery coordination, and trade confirmation updates for all stakeholders. It runs a hierarchical network of 8 sub-agents covering trade routing, new trade setup, trade record creation, logistics and pickup details, payment details, summary notifications, logistics status updates, and trade queries.

After a trade is confirmed, the agent works autonomously: it triggers logistics through APIs and schedules, updates all parties, handles delivery exceptions, retries failed processes, and escalates issues when needed. Built for farmers and buyers, storage units, transport and logistics companies, government bodies, NGOs, agri institutions, and investors, it reduces trade coordination time by up to 60% and improves reliability and traceability in rural logistics. It uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, WhatsApp API, Cloud Scheduler, Firestore, and Cloud Functions.
