Root Agent

This agent is the main interface for the Intelligent Competitive Intelligence Agent (ICIA). It interprets sales team requests and routes each one to the right agent automatically, whether for competitor identification, product comparison, or pricing strategy, without asking for confirmation or exposing internal processes.

ICIA delivers real-time competitive intelligence by ingesting news articles, social media, financial filings, analyst reports, and product reviews. Using natural language processing and machine learning, it identifies market trends, pricing shifts, customer sentiment changes, and competitor moves. It then tailors insights for each team: real-time talk tracks for sales, feature gap alerts for product managers, and sentiment trends for marketing. By automating research that traditionally takes days or weeks, it enables faster, data-backed decisions for sales and product teams.
