Candidate Scorer Agent

This agent automatically scores candidate-job fit using rules and semantic models. It analyzes parsed resumes and job descriptions and calculates a suitability score by comparing each candidate’s qualifications with the job requirements, using semantic similarity and HR-defined rules.

The agent continuously monitors Firestore for new or updated resumes and job descriptions. When new data appears, it compares each resume against relevant job descriptions, writes the scores back to Firestore, and triggers the next phase of the hiring process, all without human involvement. That speeds up resume shortlisting and keeps evaluations fast, consistent, and fair through predefined scoring metrics. It is designed for HR and recruitment teams. The agent is built with Firestore, custom scoring logic, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, and Cloud Logging.
