Wellbeing Cartographer Agent

This agent infers holistic employee well-being states and risk levels. Its goal is to keep an accurate, up-to-date well-being state for every employee by synthesizing diverse inputs and identifying discrepancies.

Based on inferred risk levels, the agent decides when to trigger interventions and publishes well-being states to Pub/Sub topics, starting actions by other agents, such as Kindred Spirit, without human intervention. The broader solution provides a proactive, privacy-preserving way to monitor and support employee well-being by analyzing digital footprint and sensory data. It identifies early indicators of stress, fatigue, or illness so employees get timely, personalized support, while HR and leadership get aggregated insights for well-being strategies. It helps target well-being programs and reduces reactive care costs. It is built with Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and Firestore.
