Inventory Monitoring Agent

This agent monitors stock levels in real time across warehouse zones and shelves. It is part of a network of AI agents that automate inventory management and improve warehouse operations.

The Inventory Tracking Agent captures real-time stock data through drones and IoT sensors and synchronizes it with SAP EWM for reconciliation. The Anomaly Detection Agent watches sensor and vision data for stockouts, damage, or misplaced items and alerts the Task Planning Agent, which assigns human or robotic resources based on zone activity, load, and skills. The Execution Control Agent then triggers picking, placing, or replenishing through robotic APIs or system updates. The Monitoring Agent tracks workflow execution and system health, and the Conversational Assistant Agent lets staff query the system in natural language. Warehouse managers and staff see a 25 percent reduction in operational delays, fewer stockouts, and inventory accuracy gains of up to 25 percent.
