Project Plan Agent

This agent keeps project plans up to date and keeps stakeholders informed. It updates the plan, answers questions about it, monitors email for plan change inputs, and sends email updates to stakeholders as needed.

For example, when the Orchestrating agent reports a 2 weeks delay in a project activity due to an external disruption, the agent updates the plan, recalculates the critical path, and notifies all key stakeholders. It then tells the Orchestrating agent the change is complete, which can trigger further actions such as notifying the Resource agent. This addresses the difficulty of keeping plans current in large capital projects, where manual updates are slow and error-prone. Project managers, team leads, and stakeholders in oil and gas capital projects use it for dynamic scheduling, better allocation of people, equipment, and materials, and near real-time replanning when disruptions occur. The agent integrates with existing project management systems.
