Resource Scheduling Agent

This agent updates the resource scheduling plan, answers stakeholder queries about it, monitors email triggers for inputs on resource plan changes, and sends email triggers to stakeholders as necessary. When the orchestrating agent reports a delay, such as drilling engineering availability, the agent identifies the project activities affected and reports the activity and duration of delay. After the project planning agent updates the plan and recalculates the critical path, the agent recalculates the resource schedule and emails stakeholders about the change.

It targets large-scale oil and gas capital projects, serving project managers, resource managers, and potentially finance and procurement teams who need real-time coordination.
