This agent, RiskPal, evaluates procurement risks based on real-time data such as delivery delays, SLA breaches, or compliance issues. It continuously monitors purchase orders, vendor performance, and SLA metrics stored in BigQuery, detects violations based on pre-defined business rules, and identifies recurring vendor issues. When it detects a trend such as repeated late deliveries, it triggers events, routes to Dialogflow CX pages that notify the risk team, and sends real-time alerts through Cloud Functions or Pub/Sub.

For example, a request to detect SLA risk for a vendor prompts RiskPal to analyze that vendor’s delivery history and generate a risk summary. The agent provides early detection of SLA breaches, delayed deliveries, and compliance gaps, reduces business disruptions through real-time alerts to sourcing and compliance teams, and minimizes financial loss from missed SLAs or vendor non-compliance.
