Demand Management Agent

This agent collects job descriptions, validates and cleans the data, and sorts the descriptions by priority, urgency, and nature. It creates an analytical study and builds knowledge graphs and clusters based on various factors. It gathers new requirements through manual file uploads by the organization or data fed into a datastore.

The agent works with a Candidate Profiling Agent that clusters candidate profiles using Vertex AI, and a Matching and Allocation Agent that matches candidates to requirements. Matching candidates are shared with HR, who can reverify or email candidates directly, and an Orchestration Agent routes user queries to the right agent. The agent simplifies talent and human resource management by replacing manual, fragmented data collection. Its primary users are organizations and HR departments managing demand for new talent.
