Product Details
This agent analyzes customer purchase history to identify frequently and infrequently bought products, overall purchase diversity, and industry-specific buying patterns. It calculates average purchase frequency per product and sorts products into frequent and infrequent groups based on purchase count.
It then benchmarks each customer against industry peers by querying the Data Access Layer. It finds the top 5 products purchased in that industry, their average purchase frequency, average annual revenue, and the number of customers in the dataset. Products commonly bought by peers, for example at a frequency of at least 30%, that the customer does not own are flagged as missing opportunities. Results are returned as a structured set of purchase patterns.
Key Use Cases
White-Space Opportunity Identification
Queries the Data Access Layer to compare customer purchase patterns against industry benchmarks, automatically flagging high-margin peer-adopted products missing from account portfolios.
Customer Churn & Re-order Diagnostics
Categorizes accounts into frequent and infrequent purchasing segments to alert account executives of declining purchase frequency before churn occurs.
