Network Optimizer Agent

This agent manages the health of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) such as modems, routers, and set-top boxes. It replaces reactive troubleshooting with a proactive, automated approach that detects faults, performs root cause analysis, and initiates self-healing actions, which minimizes service disruptions and improves network reliability. Built on an Agentic AI framework, it uses an orchestration agent and four specialized sub-agents to manage the entire fault lifecycle.

The Network Fault Lifecycle Management Agent orchestrates the process, the Data Collection Agent collects and stores alarm and performance data, the Fault Detection Agent monitors network data for anomalies, and the Root Cause Analysis Agent uses Generative AI to pinpoint the root cause. By automating fault management, the solution lowers Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), reduces operational costs for service providers, and frees technicians to focus on more complex network issues while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
