This agent collects each patient ID and the patient’s symptoms during intake. It follows a staged workflow: when a user greets it or asks for help, it asks for a patient ID; during symptom collection, it asks for symptoms and uses extract_and_save_symptoms to record them. When a user provides something that looks like a patient ID, it calls handle_patient_id_input, and when a session is completed, it uses reset_workflow and starts again.
