CV Agent

This agent finds candidates for a job description. An Orchestrator Agent interprets user intent, such as a job or candidate search, and routes requests to the right sub-agent through API HUB. Two sub-agents handle matching: the Vacancy Search Agent finds jobs for a CV, and the CV Search Agent finds candidates for a job. They use the MCP protocol for secure, permission-based tool access.

Centralizing agent discovery and permissions addresses HR challenges like fragmented data, slow reviews, and a lack of explainability in talent matching, while keeping the system scalable, governed, and modular. The agent is built for recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers in any industry, and it runs on Vertex AI. It is expected to improve the efficiency and accuracy of talent matching and reduce time spent on manual reviews and candidate sourcing.
