This agent suite supports front end innovation in new product development for consumer goods, retail, automotive, and other product industries. Built with Google Cloud agent builder tools, it includes agents powered by Gemini and Imagen for consumer trends and insights, ideation and concept development, preliminary synthetic testing, concept visualization, and detailed product report generation.

The trends agent sifts through internal and external multi-modal data, such as product reviews, trend reports, ethnographic videos, and consumer habits, to identify the jobs to be done, existing satisfiers and dissatisfiers, and unmet needs. The ideation agent supports AI-assisted brainstorming and translation of concepts for global teams. The synthetic testing agents use digital twins and synthetic personas to predict product appeal across key customer segments. Accenture also offers strategy and consulting services, customization, adoption support, training, and maintenance.
