Users ask Gemini to do real work in the tools they already use, such as looking up a customer in Salesforce, filing a Jira ticket, pulling an invoice from QuickBooks, or posting to Slack.
Admins choose which apps are available, allowlist individual actions, and see an audit log of every action agents run. Users connect their own accounts through OAuth 2.1, so every call runs with that user’s permissions in the source system.
