Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a set of CRM and ERP business applications for sales, marketing, customer service, finance, supply chain, and operations. The Dynamics 365 connector lets Gemini users search their Dynamics 365 data. Federated search is in public preview: queries go directly to the Dynamics 365 API, and results are blended with those from other connected sources. Setup requires registering Gemini as an OAuth 2.0 application in Microsoft Entra ID.
Users can search invoices, sales orders, and quotes, the entities the connector supports.
