Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure AD, is Microsoft’s cloud identity and access management solution. The Entra ID connector syncs user profile data from Entra ID into a Gemini data store through the Microsoft Graph API v1.0, on a full sync frequency chosen during setup. Google recommends enabling Knowledge Graph with it to improve search quality.
Admins can filter which users are ingested by object ID or with a SQL filter, and can optionally ingest profile card attributes and extension properties. Incremental sync and access control lists are not supported, so all synced users are visible across the organization.
