Product Details
OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud storage platform for small businesses through large enterprises. The Microsoft OneDrive connector lets Gemini users search and act on files and folders. It supports federated search and data ingestion, and recommends ingestion for PDFs with tables, multi-column layouts, or scanned text.
Users can create, copy, move, and rename files and folders, upload and download files up to 50 MB, share a file or folder or generate a share link, and update file properties. Additional read-only actions are also available.
Key Use Cases
Secure Enterprise File Collaboration
Knowledge workers organize project directories, move assets, and generate secure sharing links for OneDrive files through natural language interactions.
Federated Document Search and Retrieval
Teams search across corporate OneDrive repositories to extract content from complex PDFs and shared assets without opening local desktop drives.
