Microsoft Outlook is Microsoft’s email and calendar service, available on Windows, as an app, and at Outlook.com. The Microsoft Outlook data store for Gemini lets users search and perform actions on emails, calendars, contacts, and Microsoft 365 files (Excel workbooks, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations) stored in OneDrive and SharePoint. It supports federated search and data ingestion through Microsoft Graph API v1.0.
Users can send, reply to, forward, and move mail, create and update drafts, and add or download attachments. They can create and update events, calendars, and contacts, and RSVP to invitations. They can also read and edit Excel data, create Word documents and PowerPoint presentations, and convert both to PDF. File uploads and downloads are limited to 25 MB.
