Microsoft Teams is the Microsoft 365 hub for teamwork, used for chats, meetings, and work on shared files. The Microsoft Teams connector lets Gemini users search and act on channels, chats, and schedules through federated search. It supports Teams version 2.1 and later and uses delegated Microsoft Graph permissions that an administrator must consent to.
Users can send and update channel and chat messages, create and update channels and chats, add members to channels, create schedules in Shifts, and create or update time-off entries. Additional read-only actions are also available.
